Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: All appointments require a non-refundable $25 booking deposit. The deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are encouraged at least 24 hours in advance. If Noble MedLab cancels due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment or refunded. Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24hrs before the scheduled appointment time. The booking deposit will transferred to the new appointment. Late rescheduling requests may require a new booking deposit. No-Show Policy: Patients who fail to arrive, are unavailable for a mobile appointment, or do not contact Noble MedLab before the scheduled appointment time will forfeit their booking deposit. Future appointments will require a new booking deposit. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or result in refusal of future scheduling. Refund Policy: Booking deposits are non-refundable. Services already performed are non-refundable. Refund requests resulting from billing errors or duplicate payments will be reviewed and, if approved, processed using the original payment method. Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Noble MedLab reserves the right to refuse service for unpaid balances where permitted by law. Privacy Policy: Noble MedLab is committed to protecting patient privacy. Personally identifiable information and protected health information are handled in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable. Information submitted through the website is used only for scheduling, communication, billing, and delivery of services. SMS/Text Messaging Consent: By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and other service-related text messages from Noble MedLab.
